Mutton Kofta Recipe
Grind the mincemeat finely in a mixer grinder. After grinding the mincemeat, grind whole red chilli, cumin, potato, gram, salt and cloves in the same grinder and mix them well in the mutton mincemeat. Finely chopped onion (omelet cut). And fill small amounts of finely chopped green chillies inside the koftas and make round koftas as per the recipe. If you wish, instead of filling the finely chopped onions and green chillies inside the koftas, you can also mix them in the mincemeat and mix it well. Mix it.
For gravy, grind onion and tomato. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix the grinded onion with tomato and make a paste. When the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds, add the spice paste and fry on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes.
Once the spices are roasted, add the koftas one by one. Also add half a cup of water so that the spices do not burn. Do not stir with the spoon now, otherwise the koftas will break. Hold the bowl with a cloth, shake it gently, cover the lid and cook on low flame for 15 minutes. Keep checking in between. If the water is less then add some more. Add water as per the gravy you want to have. If you want to add potatoes then add water and add potatoes. Once it boils, reduce the flame and cook till the potatoes get cooked.
