Mutton starter recipe
Recipe for mutton starter cooked with flavorful spices is commonly served at weddings, parties, and feasts. This recipe will have you salivating, and you can easily make it using things you already have at home. This dish is cooked especially for Bakra Eid.

Wash and chop the boneless mutton into small pieces first. Once the mutton’s color has somewhat changed, add 2 teaspoons of oil, 1 onion, salt, and 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste to a cooker. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on high heat. Pour water into the cooker and light the whistle. After one whistle is lit on full flame, decrease the flame and whistle for three to four whistles. When the cooker is opened, the water should be completely dry. Next, combine the mutton and onion.
Add dry spices once the meat has cooled. kasoori methi (roast), crushed whole coriander, chili flakes, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, chopped curry leaves, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, Garam masala, and food coloring are all used in the preparation of mutton in a pan, heat medium-high oil. Once the mutton has been added, turn on the burner. After 3 to 4 minutes, remove the mutton from the pan and stir in the corn flour and egg. Mutton should only be fried briefly before eating because prolonged frying turns the meat hard.

- Mutton 500 grams
- an onion
- Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp (in 1 tsp marinade while 2 tsp mutton is cooked)
- Kashmiri chili powder 1 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Coarsely ground coriander 1 tsp
- food color 1/4 food color
- Chaat fruit masala 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- garam masala 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped curry leaves
- an egg
- Corn flour 3 tsp
