Nargisi Kofta Recipe
Nargisi Kofta Recipe is a very tasty recipe. In it, minced meat is mixed with spices and then boiled and ground. Egg is also boiled and coated all around it with the ground minced meat. Gravy is prepared separately and koftas are added to it.
Let’s see Nargisi Kofta Recipe –
Peel and chop potatoes and onions, soak gram lentils half an hour in advance, put dried red chillies, cumin seeds and peeled garlic in the cooker.
Add half a small cup of water Meat and salt and let it boil for 3 to 4 whistles. After the gas is released, open the cooker and dry the water on full flame.
Grind it after it cools down , grind the roasted gram also and mix it well with the ground meat.
Boil the egg and peel it, place the egg inside the meat and cover it well from all sides.
Beat the egg and coat the koftas in the egg, heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas, do not turn gently otherwise the koftas may break.
Brown it from all sides, grind onion and tomato, add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cumin.
Fry all these spices in the same oil in which you fried the koftas. After frying well, add water and let it boil. Then add the koftas and turn off the gas. Serve with green coriander.
Nargisi Kofta Recipe Ingredient –
- Minced meat 500 gms
In the minced meat-
- Potato 1
- Onion 1
- 100 gms Bengal gram lentils
- Whole red chillies 4 to 5
- Garlic buds 8 to 10
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cloves 6 to 7
- Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
Spices –
- Onion 2 paste
- Tomato 2 (paste)
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 3 tea spoon
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
Eggs 6 (boiled 5 + coating 1 )
