Put chopped garlic in one tablespoon oil in a pan, stir for a few seconds and add finely chopped onion, cook the onion for half a minute and then finely chop carrot, French beans, yellow pepper, red capsicum and cabbage and add it to the onion.

 

 

 

Add salt to the vegetables and mix them well. Let the vegetables cook, covered, on a low flame for 5 to 6 minutes. Now add shredded boiled chicken (add salt and some water to the chicken and boil it; shred it after it cools down), mix it and let it cook for half a minute.

 

 

 

Add pizza sauce and boiled potatoes (boil the potatoes and take them out in a grater), mix well and cook while stirring for 5 to 6 minutes. When it cools down, add mozzarella cheese.

 

 

 

Mix everything well and give it a finger shape with the help of hands and coat it in flour (if the mixer feels moist then add bread crumbs).

 

 

 

After coating with flour, beat the egg and then crumble the vermicelli with the help of hands and coat it. (If you want, you can also store them in a tray or plate by keeping the coated pizza fingers in the deep fridge for 2 to 3 hours. When they are tight, keep them in a zip lock bag or an airtight container. Take them out from the deep fridge some time before frying .

 

 

 

When the oil is hot, add pizza fingers one by one. When they turn brown, take them out and serve with sauce or chutney.

  • Chicken 200 gms
  • Potatoes 2 large
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 grams
  • Eggs 3
  • Savaiya
  • Fine flour
  • Oil
