Let’s see the Onion Pakode recipe –
Chop onion, green coriander, green chillies, add red chilli powder, salt, gram flour and water and mix. Do not make the paste too thin.
When the oil in the pan is medium hot, put the pakoras in the oil with the help of hands. When they turn brown from both the sides, take them out of the oil and serve with sauce or chutney.
