Peel the vegetable and cut it into 2 to 3 inch pieces.
Roast the peanuts lightly in a pan. Grind onion, tomato and roasted peanuts in a mixer grinder. Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and ginger garlic paste to the paste ground in the grinder. Make a paste by adding a little water.
Put oil in the cooker, add the spice paste and fry. Reduce the flame to medium and fry the spices well. Now add the chopped vegetables and water (more or less as per your choice). Add ) Close the lid of the cooker and cook for one whistle, do not cook for more than one whistle and do not stir too much after opening the cooker, otherwise the vegetable will break, this vegetable gets cooked very quickly.
