Shami Kebab Recipe
Shami Kebab Recipe , whose name makes the mouth water, we can make it in many ways like Chicken Shami Kebab, Mutton Shami Kebab and Meat Shami Kebab, they can be prepared and eaten anytime in dinner or lunch and can also be used as a starter. It is quite common to add chutney and onion to it; their taste increases even more.

Grind all the spices like cumin, cloves, black pepper, dry red chilli, coriander in a mixer grinder .
Cut the mutton into small pieces, wash them and put them in the cooker along with onion, gram pulses soaked for one hour, garam masala ground in the grinder , salt, turmeric red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and half a cup of water and close the lid of the cooker. After one whistle, reduce the flame of the gas and let it cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
After the gas comes out of the cooker, dry the water on full flame and keep stirring the spoon so that it does not burn from the bottom.
When it cools down, grind it in a mixer grinder, add egg, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilli and finely chopped coriander.
Put oil in a pan or pan and shallow fry it. When it gets fried from both the sides, take it out and serve it with chutney and onion.
Shami Kebab Recipe
Ingredient –
standing spices ground –
- Whole coriander 2 teaspoons
- Dry red chilli 5 to 6
- cumin 1 tsp
- cloves 7 to 8
- black pepper 1/2 tsp
Boil it –
- Mutton 500 grams
- One cup gram dal (soaked 1 hour before)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- onion 1
- salt as per taste
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- turmeric 1/4 tsp
- ground spices
Mix it –
- Finely chopped onion
- Finely chopped green chillies 2 to 3 (thick ones)
- egg 1
- green coriander
