Let us see how to make Sharif/Sita Fal ki kheer –
Take out the seeds from sweet ripe custard apple and separate the pulp. If the custard apple is of large size then put it in a mixer grinder for 5 to 7 seconds and grind it lightly.
Boil milk, add condensed milk to it and cook on low flame while stirring. Condensed milk contains sugar, hence add sugar only if needed, otherwise do not add it.
After cooking for 5 to 7 minutes, add custard powder mixed in milk, add custard apple pulp and ground cardamom powder and let it cook on low flame, the milk will gradually start thickening. You can keep it as thin or thick as per your choice. After removing from gas, add dry fruits and serve. Although dry fruits are optional, even if you do not add this kheer, this kheer becomes very tasty.

- Sharifa 500 grams (pulp)
- milk 1 kg
- Condensed milk 200 grams
- Custard powder 4 tsp
- Sugar
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Dry Fruits (optional)
