Shimla Mirch Matar ki Sabji  is one of the quick recipes which we can make very easily with the spices present in the house. This recipe can be made any time during lunch or dinner, along with roti, chapatti and naan. This looks tasty.

When the onion becomes light brown, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, tomato, ginger, garlic paste, cumin all these spices in the cooker and also add some water so that the spices do not burn, now fry the spices.

 

 

 

Once the spices are roasted, add peas, capsicum and potatoes, add a cup of water and let it whistle for two whistles.

 

 

 

After the gas goes out, open the cooker and drain the water on full flame. Once the vegetables and spices are mixed, turn off the gas. Add green coriander before serving.

  • Capsicum 500 grams
  • potatoes 2
  • Peas 500 grams
  • onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander powder 2
  • cumin 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Oil
