Let’s see how to make Tori ki Sabji –
Cut and wash the zucchini, if there are large seeds in the zucchini, cut them out and fry the onion by adding some oil in a bowl.
When the onions turn light brown, make a paste of salt, red chili powder and turmeric and put them in the fried onions and fry them for 2 to 3 minutes after reducing the flame of the gas.
Put chopped zucchini in the spices, add some water and let the gas heat up for 2 to 3 minutes. Now cover the lid and reduce the flame of the gas, keep stirring in between. When the water dries up, stir well and mix. Zucchini curry is ready.

- Zucchini 1 kg
- small size onion
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- salt as per taste
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Oil
