Chaap Fry
Chaap Fry is the favorite dish of non-veg lovers. It is served as a starter. If the starter is crispy and has chutney along with it, then the fun is something else. It is made in everyone’s homes on the occasion of Bakra Eid.
Let’s see the Chaap Fry recipe
Wash the chaap and put it in the cooker, add finely chopped onion, salt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and half a cup of water and let it whistle for 3 to 4 times. Open the cooker and dry the water of the chaap on full flame.
Make a paste of corn flour, garam masala, chaat fruit masala, salt (add less salt, I have added it while melting the chapatti), black pepper powder, roasted crushed cumin seeds, curd, lemon juice and ground green chillies in a bowl.
Mix the spice paste in the chaap, grind the bread in a mixer grinder and make bread crumbs. Coat the spicy chaap in bread crumbs.
When the oil is normally hot, put the chops in the oil one by one.
Fry the chop till it becomes light brown and once fried, take it out from the oil.
For chutney, grind green chillies, mint, salt and cumin seeds. Once the chutney is ground , add curd and mix it.
