Noodles Spring Roll

Noodles Spring Roll is a Chinese street food which is very much liked in India. It is a favorite of children. Eating it with chutney further enhances its taste. It is also made here during the special days of Ramzan. This recipe can be made in veg and non-veg versions. It can be made in both the ways, we will make it in the new way by adding chicken, which looks very tasty.

Finely chop carrots, cabbage, capsicum and green onions. Separate the white part of the green onion and separate the green part.

Take a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and green chillies and stir for a few seconds. Now add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, green onions and mix.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder to the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. When it cools down, shred it. Add this chicken to the vegetables. Add black pepper powder, salt, red chili powder, soya. Also add sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce.

Boil the Meggie and also add the Meggie masala (if you wish, you can also add plain noodles). Adding Meggie tastes better. Now add the Meggie noodles to the vegetables and chicken and mix.

Take a spring roll sheet, place the mixer on one corner, fold one corner of the sheet, then fold it from the side and make spring rolls like this. If you want, you can store them. Make the spring rolls and freeze them in a tray for some time. When it becomes tight, take it out and keep it in a ziplock bag or air tight container.

Whenever you feel like it, take it out some time before and fry it once it comes to normal temperature.
