Aloo Gobi Beans Recipe –
Cut and wash cabbage and potatoes. Fry them in a pan when the oil is hot. Fry the potatoes and cabbage separately. Fry the cabbage for 5 to 6 minutes and the potatoes for 7 to 8 minutes and take them out.
Chop onion and put it in the same pan . When it turns light brown, add tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, cumin seeds and ginger-garlic paste and fry on low flame.
Once the tomatoes melt, add chopped French beans and yours, cover and cook on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes. Keep stirring in between. Add water if required. After that add potatoes and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally add fried cauliflower, chopped green chillies and water, mix and cook for some more time. Add green coriander and serve.
