Anda Masala Fry

Anda Masala Fry is one of the quick recipes. If you are worried about what to cook when you are very hungry, then prepare this quick recipe which is not only easy to prepare but is also very tasty to eat.

Crush onion and tomato in a grater , chop green chilly finely. When oil is hot in the pan, add onion and green chilly and fry till onion becomes soft.

 

 

 

Now add tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add coriander powder, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, Kashmiri red chili powder and chicken masala in the dry spices. Add some water and fry the spices.

 

 

 

Mash the spices well with a potato masher.

 

 

 

Add salt to the egg and beat it. When the oil is hot in the pan or frying pan, add the egg to it. Fry it from both the sides and take it out in a plate or tray. Fry as many eggs as you want to make.

 

 

 

After frying the eggs, spread the roasted masala over the eggs, add green coriander and serve.

  • Eggs 3
  • Onion 3 crushed
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chillies 3 to 4
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp 
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Chicken Masala 2 tsp
  • Oil
