Badiya Recipe
Badiya Recipe is a veg dish which is made with green onions. Badiyas are made of moong dal and dried in the sun. These Badiyas are made in many ways like with potatoes, in spices or in green onions. It also tastes good when made with it. Now ready-made Badiyas are easily available in the market, which are very easy to make.

Cut the green onions, wash them, fry them in a cooker in one spoon oil, take them out and break them when they cool down.
Take oil in the cooker and fry half the onion. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt as per taste and ginger garlic paste. Add some water and fry the spices.
Once the masala is fried, add green onions and Badiya, add some water and whistle. After one whistle, lower the flame of the gas and let it take 4 to 5 whistles so that the Badiya melts properly. Remove the gas from the cooker and open it to check. If there is water then dry it on full flame.

- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder 2 tsp
