Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop Recipe –

Wash the chicken lollipop and add crushed green chillies, salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, vinegar food colour (red orange), corn flour, refined flour, soya sauce and egg and mix well.

When the oil in the pan is medium hot, add the chicken lollypop and fry for 5 to 7 minutes and take it out. In a pan, heat one tablespoon oil, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped ginger and finely chopped garlic and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Mix red chilli sauce, soya sauce, ground black pepper, vinegar and tomato sauce in a small bowl, add it to the fried onion garlic and mix well.

Mix water in 1 tbsp corn flour and add it and stir. Add 4 to 5 tbsp water more to make a thick sauce. Now add fried chicken and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Add green coriander or green onion before serving.

Marination-

  • Chicken Lollipop 500 Grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli (thick) 3 to 4 pcs
  • Corn flour 3 tablespoons
  • Refined flour 3 tablespoons
  • Egg 1
  • Red orange food colour 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

Masala –

  • Onion finely chopped 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic finely chopped 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili sauce 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Corn flour 1 tablespoon
  • Oil
