Let’s see the Chicken Sticks recipe
Cut one inch chicken into pieces, drain the washed chicken water thoroughly, add ginger-garlic paste, salt, coarsely ground green chillies, garam masala, black pepper powder, vinegar, red chilli sauce, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix. Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. Now mix chaat fruit masala and egg in it.
Apply the mixed chicken on the stick , crush the corn flakes with your hands, coat the chicken stick in corn flakes, you can store it here, keep the coated chicken stick in a tray or plate in the deep fridge for 2 hours, when the chicken stick becomes tight, take it out and keep it in a zip lock bag or an air tight container, take it out some time before frying.
When the oil is normally hot, add chicken sticks . After they are fried from both the sides, take them out and serve with sauce or chutney.
