Let’s see the recipe of keeme ke samose –
Wash the minced meat and put it in the cooker along with minced meat, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, roasted crushed coriander, roasted crushed cumin seeds, and one spoon of water and let it boil for two whistles.
When the gas of the cooker comes out, drain the water on full flame, when it cools down, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped coriander and mint and mix.
Put the mixed mincemeat in the samosa strip and fold it from one corner to the other and set it. Apply paste (make a paste by mixing one spoon of flour with two spoons of water) on the remaining last corner and prepare the samosa. Keep the prepared samosa frozen in a plate or tray for 1 to 2 hours. Once it is tight, store it in a zip lock bag or an airtight container . When you feel like eating it, take it out from the frozen some time before.
When the oil is hot in the pan, add the samosas one by one. When they are fried from both the sides, take them out from the oil and serve with chutney or sauce.
