Paneer Paratha Recipe can be made and eaten anytime in breakfast, lunch or dinner. Eating hot parathas with pickle, chutney or raita doubles its taste. Although many types of recipes are made from paneer but today we will make the recipe of paneer paratha which is very easy to make and is very tasty to eat.

Grate the Paneer or crush it with your hands. Now add salt, pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped mint, finely chopped onion, garam masala, red chilli powder and cumin seeds to the Paneer and mix it.

 

 

 

Put salt in the flour and knead it. After kneading, apply some oil on your hands and set the dough well. Make small balls of the dough.

 

 

 

Roll out a small roti, spread spicy crushed cheese inside it, place another roti of the same size as the one below on top and roll the roti into a big shape using a rolling pin.

 

 

 

When the pan is normally heated, put the roti on the pan , apply oil on both the sides of the roti, once it is cooked well from both the sides, take it off the pan, serve with chutney and pickle.

  • Flour 1 1/2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Paneer 200 gms
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • 1 onion finely chopped (minced onion)
  • Green coriander 1/2 cup
  • Mint 2 table spoon
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
