We are making White Pasta Recipe which is very easy to make. Whenever you feel slightly or strongly hungry, this tasty recipe can be prepared and eaten instantly.

Let’s see the White Pasta Recipe –

 

 

 

Add salt, oil and pasta in water. When the pasta becomes soft , strain it in a sieve. Crush garlic in a separate dish and take out chilli flakes, black pepper powder, Schezwan chutney or Schezwan sauce and oregano.

 

 

 

Put crushed garlic in one table spoon butter or ghee in a pan or kadhai and let it turn light pink. After that add flour and stir. Keep the flame of the gas low. After the flour, add milk slowly and keep stirring. When it becomes lumpy, mix it with a spoon.

 

 

 

Now add Schezwan chutney , black pepper powder, chilli flakes and oregano.

 

 

 

Now add boiled pasta and mix it well. Add black salt as per requirement (salt was also added while boiling pasta, so add less).

  • Pasta 200 g
  • Milk 200 grams
  • Refined flour 2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • 2 teaspoons of Shajwan Chutney or Sauce
  • Black salt as per taste
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
