Let’s see the Chicken Schezwan Bread Rolls recipe
When 2 tbsp oil is heated in a pan , add chopped onion and let it soften for 2 to 3 minutes. Now chop the chicken into small pieces and add it to the onion. Add ginger-garlic paste and salt and mix well. Cover the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes so that the chicken gets cooked and the remaining water evaporates on full flame.
Now add chopped capsicum , Schezwan chutney , soya sauce, vinegar , ground black pepper, chopped green onion and Kashmiri red chilli and mix it.
After it cools down, add mozzarella cheese and mayonnaise and mix.
Cut the edges of the bread and with the help of a rolling pin, roll it like a roti and flatten it. Now place the mixed chicken on the bread and make a roll. Apply slurry (make a slurry by adding water to 2 tsp flour) on both the sides of the roll and stick it.
Add milk to the egg and mix it. Make bread crumbs from the remaining edges of the bread (cut the edges and grind them finely in a mixer grinder). Now add salt and Kashmiri red chilli and mix it.
First coat the bread roll in egg and then in bread crumbs, you can also store it here, after coating, keep it in a plate or tray and keep it in the deep fridge for 1 hour, when it is tight, keep it in a zip lock bag or air container box, whenever you feel like eating it, take it out from the freezer some time before, when the oil in the pan is medium hot, put the roll in it and fry it from both the sides.
